Our statement

The University does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the education program or activity that it operates and is required byÌý ²¹²Ô»åÌýÌýnot to discriminate in such a manner.

Pregnant and parenting students

Since the passage of Title IX, sex discrimination - including discrimination on the basis of pregnancy, childbirth, and parental status - has been prohibited. Title IX regulations state that an institution that receives federal funding must not discriminate against any student on the basis of pregnancy or pregnancy-related conditions.
