A former high school cheer captain turned podcast host, Freda brings that same spirit of encouragement into every conversation. As the voice behind Degrees of Success鈩,聽 she uplifts others with heartfelt questions, genuine curiosity and a deep belief in the power of personal growth. A foundation of service and strength
Freda鈥檚 commitment to service isn鈥檛 just professional 鈥 it鈥檚 personal and deeply generational.
Born into a proud military family, Freda is the daughter of a retired sergeant major and a U.S. Marine. She鈥檚 also the granddaughter of service members, and that legacy continues to shape her values, leadership style and work ethic.

Life off the mic
When she鈥檚 not behind the mic, Freda is in full mom mode 鈥 cheering courtside, refereeing wrestling matches, or spotting her sons Isaac and Theo on their latest climbing adventure.
She鈥檚 a lifelong hiker with a deep love for North Mountain in Arizona, where she finds clarity and calm in the quiet.
Whether she鈥檚 sipping a London Fog, burning a creative spark, or just catching a moment of stillness, Freda brings presence, joy and intention to her everyday life.
Living with ADHD and raising a neurodivergent child have also shaped her into a passionate advocate for inclusivity and awareness 鈥 using her voice and platform to create space for others.
