���۴�ý activated this survey to take a deeper look at perceptions of online education credentials among hiring leaders. This research revealed a significant shift among hiring leaders' interest in employing workers with online education credentials, in which virtually all (98%) see online education as more credible in the workplace than it was 10 years ago. This comes as hiring leaders see real value being added to their workplace as the result of hiring workers with online education credentials, as well as advantages those workers have over peers without this education. 

The research was conducted online in the United States by The Harris Poll on behalf of the ���۴�ý among 502 U.S. adults aged 21 or older who are employed full-time, have a job level of manager/supervisor or higher, work in the human resources or learning and development function, employed at a company with at least 1,000 employees and operate in the manufacturing, financial services, information technology, or health care industry.
