Dr. Gordon is a dedicated scholar–practitioner and leader committed to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Her work emphasizes leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and the cultivation of inclusive, high-performing teams. She is particularly focused on bridging research and real-world application to create meaningful, sustained impact through leadership, culture, and continuous development.
Dr. Gordon also serves as a Distinguished Fellow with the Center for Leadership Studies and Entrepreneurial Research, where she contributes to advancing leadership scholarship and practice.
