Dr. Russ Carfagno has been teaching for over 15 years at the University level and is honored to be a part of the team at the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½. His teaching is focused on areas of business, marketing, operations, and leadership. His expertise includes course delivery and development both online and on campus, dissertation advisement, as well as a detailed understanding of various LMS and delivery methodologies. His research has focused on value-based leadership and how values impact the way in which followers prefer to be led.Ìý
