Dr. Sandra Sessoms-Penny is a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Organizational Wellness, Engagement, and Belonging (CO-WEB). She is also a University Research Methodologist and Faculty at the ���۴�ý. She is an alum of the George Washington University, Old Dominion University, Troy State University (Montgomery) and Saint Leo University.

Sandra formerly served as a school administrator for elementary, middle and high schools in the state of Virginia. She is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
